CSI God

# 400 - Today's Living Word comes from Mr 6:11 "And whoever will not receive you nor hear you, when you depart from there, shake off the dust under your feet as a testimony against them. Assuredly, I say to you, it will be more tolerable for Sodom and Gomorrah in the day of judgment than for that city!"

The message that the twelve (the church) was and is sent out with, is repentance. It was true then and it is true today. Repentance means to think differently, and in the context of the gospel, repentance means to think differently about Jesus.

There is no other way to the Father (eternal life) except through Jesus. This is the forever distinctly different message of the Christian church. The apostles went out shod with the gospel of peace, (by the way, the one pair of sandals signifies that there is only one gospel)

On the Last Day, Judgment Day, soil that had been present on the sandals of these twelve, (the church) when the gospel of peace was presented through the apostolic call to repentance in these and all cities, will be removed from the sandals and left behind as a witness against these towns. The gospel of peace was presented here, but it was rejected.

It will be like CSI God, and He will present the evidence and the whole world will know that He is just as the sentence of those who rejected His Son will be carried out.

But this judgment doesn't just apply to cities. Jesus said, “whoever!” The gospel of peace has been brought to your ears today. Will you receive it? Think differently about Jesus and eternal life! Pray that you will receive it, and Him, lest YOU end up worse than Sodom and Gomorrah.
