Doing my morning devo today and stumbled across this verse
in Lu 24:16. These were the two
disciples walking along the road to Emmaus when Jesus drew near to them and
went with them. Even as He joined them on the road, they did not recognize Him,
the Bible says, “But their eyes were restrained, so that they did not know Him.”
Imagine that! We have a God who is so powerful that He can
restrain eyes! Think about that if you struggle with pornography or any other
lustful glances! GOD IS ABLE! Take it to Him in prayer! Ask Him for His help so
that you can say with David in Ps 101:3,
“I will set nothing wicked before my eyes;” It’s a prayer that God is willing
and able to help you with!
